Mr. Scarboro grew up in Tallahassee and graduated from Florida State University in 1982 with a degree in accounting. He joined the firm in 1989 and was promoted to shareholder in 2000.
He is active in the community and has served on the boards of various charities. He is a past president of the Tallahassee Regional Estate Planning Council and is presently a board member of the Tallahassee Chapter of the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
He has worked extensively with income taxes for corporations, individuals, partnerships, LLCs, trusts and estates. He also has experience with audits of not-for-profit organizations and consulting for investments and small business concerns.
He is married with two children and enjoys serving his church as a trustee, deacon, Sunday school teacher and finance committee member. In his spare time, he enjoys training and racing in triathlons.
