There are times when clients need services beyond the traditional financial statement, bookkeeping and tax services.

Skelton, Bryant, Bryant and Scarboro, PA recognizes that not all clients have multiple personnel to cover all contingencies. There are times that a client will need someone they can trust to supplement their staff, and or family.

Many clients find it cost effective to outsource their payroll function, in part or in whole. For many clients we review the in-house payroll, and file the new-hire reports, quarterly and annual payroll returns. For others, we will also prepare their payroll in house. We also have an arrangement with an outside service, which will prepare the clients payroll and reports, utilizing an internet web portal, which at times is the most cost efficient option for the client.

We have found that our elderly clients may need assistance with managing their finances. Often they are not willing to give up complete control to an immediate family member, the family is not in the local geographic area, or is simply unable to provide assistance for some reason. We prepare or oversee the paying of bills, reconcile bank accounts, make deposits to whatever degree the client needs. We also provide these services on a temporary basis as needed.

Occasionally business clients will need similar services, due to the size of the entity, and we provide these services for our business clients as well.

Note - Our professional regulations and standards prohibit us from offering the above services, with the exception of the outside payroll function and payroll tax filings, to any client we perform attest services for. We will discuss these limitation as needed, and help you find acceptable solutions to any situation.
